Bougainvillea 'Scarlett O'Hara'
Bougainvillea 'Scarlett O'Hara' (syns. 'San Diego Red', Hawaiian Scarlet'), a vigorous hybrid bougainvillea that flowers throughout the warmer months. In addition to the bright red flower bracts it has bronze new growth. When grown in a greenhouse, as this specimen has been, the bracts tend towards deep pink rather than red.
