Acer cappadocicum
The backlit autumn foliage of the Cappadocian Maple or Caucasian Maple (Acer cappadocicum), a 20m deciduous tree with a wide and unusual range extending from the Caucasus to Japan. It produces many suckers that can develop into thickets.
